Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, data analytics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g., data analyst, data-driven customer success, or marketing)
- Proven analytical skills, including the ability to translate complex data requests into clear reports and visualizations
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with R or Python is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze ideas, ask insightful questions, and make sound decisions aligned with company needs and values
- Experience managing confidential customer data
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data from strategic district accounts to generate custom reports that illuminate IXL usage, student growth, and overall progress
- Develop a deep understanding of IXL’s databases and refine processes for custom data reporting, collaborating with the Engineering team on intricate data requests
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to align customer reports with IXL’s product messaging and brand identity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with R or Python is preferred
