Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Possesses a bachelor’s degree, or alternatively, 4 years of equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in casino marketing roles.
- Able to stand out when needed.
- Personable and approachable, with the ability to build strong relationships and connect with others easily.
- Ability to bring a strong volume of business, with a proven history of generating and maintaining valuable relationships and partnerships.
- Natural leader, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with guests to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Generate leads to drive new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Travel as needed to strengthen relationships with loyal guests and key partners.
- Network with guests on property, fostering positive connections and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Provide support to leadership, assisting with various tasks and initiatives to help achieve business goals.
