Requirements

  • 3+ years of internal or customer training program experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
  • Familiarity with content design tools for creating engaging training materials
  • Desire to constantly innovate
  • Ability to conduct live demo sessions and train on product best practices
  • Strong project management skills to meet documentation release dates
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Adobe Suite
  • Energized by a dynamic, fast-paced cross-functional environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal training programs to onboard new hires
  • Upskill existing employees on platform functionality, implementation, product updates, and best practices
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Documentation, Marketing) to ensure Services teams are prepared for product releases
  • QA the implementation documentation prior to customer product implementations
  • Conduct needs analysis to help iterate training programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Yext platform (or similar) and its features
  • Background in instructional design and adult learning principles
