Requirements
- 3+ years of internal or customer training program experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
- Familiarity with content design tools for creating engaging training materials
- Desire to constantly innovate
- Ability to conduct live demo sessions and train on product best practices
- Strong project management skills to meet documentation release dates
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Adobe Suite
- Energized by a dynamic, fast-paced cross-functional environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal training programs to onboard new hires
- Upskill existing employees on platform functionality, implementation, product updates, and best practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Documentation, Marketing) to ensure Services teams are prepared for product releases
- QA the implementation documentation prior to customer product implementations
- Conduct needs analysis to help iterate training programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Yext platform (or similar) and its features
- Background in instructional design and adult learning principles
