Requirements

  • Must have experience with programming/scripting (Python, JavaScript or similar) to ship high quality code to production, and support integrations.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, web services (REST), and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with authentication and security standards (OAuth, JWT, TLS, encryption).
  • Passion for helping customers and improving financial security.

Responsibilities

  • Developing engineering solutions to address customer pain points.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, handling on-call requests, collaborating with internal engineers to resolve technical roadblocks.
  • Lead technical integrations of our API with banks and financial institutions, working closely with their engineering teams and our internal CS team.
  • Advocate for customers, translating their needs into product improvements and new features.
  • Complete security questionnaires and help customers through the procurement process.
  • Develop demo documents, technical documentation, customer-facing guides, SDKs and internal enablement to streamline API adoption.
  • Work cross-functionally with CS/Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering to improve customer experience and retention.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer-facing technical roles (Customer Engineering, Solutions Engineering or Developer Support) is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of fraud detection, compliance (KYC/AML) or credit risk in banking/fintech is a plus.
