Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Proven experience in customer support and business analysis roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze trends for warranty, parts, vendors for all Brunswick Boat Group brands
- Analyze the performance of our distribution network
- Analyze global customer insights
- Analyze parts usage, monitor parts inventory and optimize efficiency
- Identify key priorities by brands and functions to address main opportunities for improvement
- Build reports, action plans, follow up and presentations in collaboration with key business partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for Freedom Boat Club franchisees, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly and identifying opportunities for process improvement, enhanced satisfaction and business development
- Support development of new processes and initiatives focused on product reliability and customer experience enhancement
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams at Brunswick corporation and Brunswick Boat Group, including all Brunswick brands, and Freedom Boat Club to provide accurate and timely information and solutions.
