Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from an accredited institution
- applicable work experience

Responsibilities
- Deal directly with our customers and be able to provide product and service information and resolve inquiries
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Work cross functionally across CLS teams to obtain necessary information to solve customer inquiries
- Partner with business leaders across functions to protect the profit margins while increasing revenue and share for the company
- Support Sales & Marketing efforts through price recommendation & quotation administration
- Work with project stakeholders (ex: our channel partners, electrical contractors, engineers, customers & internal functional teams) to establish project deliverables, schedules, make recommendations while managing the logistics, cost, schedule & project scope
- Work with Field Services team to ensure timely and accurate completion of the lighting system installation.
- Provide advanced technical support to key stakeholders both internally & externally and handle inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails while maintaining minimal queue backlog. Effectively communicate technical solutions and provide replacement part ordering information.
- Work cross functionally with marketing, product management & engineering to develop solutions and update product artifacts
