Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Engaging personality, effective verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors
- Flexibility to work all shifts
- Must be able to sit, stand and type for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
Responsibilities
- Assist frequent, premiere customers at airport operations
- Process rentals of customers who are members of loyalty programs
- Offer products and services
- Provide excellent customer service to improve travel experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
