Requirements
- 3-5 years of progressive customer marketing experience
- Ideal candidate has account-based marketing experience in B2B SaaS environments
- History of creating and delivering multi-channel customer campaigns that produce measurable results
- Great partnership skills, with experience collaborating with high-energy, direct sales & CS teams
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, WordPress, Asana, DemandbaseOne, Sendoso, On24, ChurnZero, Stensul, SlapFive, and other MarTech tools
- Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable campaign strategies
- Proficiency in setting and tracking campaign-specific KPIs and attributing revenue to campaign efforts
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS industry trends and the ability to apply this knowledge to campaign strategies
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer campaigns across physical and digital channels to assist with advocacy, references, reviews, customer stories, customer speaking opportunities, as well as our new champions program
- Create, optimize, and analyze end-to-end customer campaigns, including virtual live events, webinars, emails, newsletters, in-app notifications, direct mail, product feature support, and more
- Create content strategies and thought leadership materials for persona-based customer engagement
- Utilize advanced data analytics to derive actionable insights, make data-driven decisions, and optimize efforts toward pipeline goals
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, continually innovating our approach to engaging, and retaining customer accounts to allow for future advocates, champions, reviews, stories, and speaking engagements
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless Sales/CS and Marketing alignment
- Manage and optimize the allocated Customer Marketing budget to maximize ROI
- Implement, enable, and increase utilization of SlapFive to help enhance our advocacy and referral programs, which will increase the efficiency of the customer journey, communications, and workflows
- Manage the intake of all customer interviews in a timely manner to vet for customer stories, advocacy, references, reviews, speaking engagements, champions, and more
- Build our new awards program to be launched at NYC GO in October 2025
- Manage the vendor relations with 3 primary review partners: G2, Trust Radius, and Gartner Peer Insights, as well as driving the review strategy to maintain a consistent flow of reviews
- Develop 6 new customer stories per quarter
- Launch the new Demandbase Champions Program which entails the strategy, the champion selection process, relationship management, as well as thought leadership and VIP events
