Requirements

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, note taking, designing forms, and other office procedures
  • Knowledge of event and meeting planning
  • Ability to think strategically and work independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and modify actions based on needs of the business
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility, common sense, and good judgment
  • Ability to meet confidentiality expectations regarding confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company information
  • Must have excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Must work under tight time constraints to accomplish assignments and projects

Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in regularly scheduled meetings for both the Team and department to ensure successful results that meet the changing needs of SWA
  • Assist in the delivery of projects on time, on target, and on budget
  • Manage logistics for a variety of department initiatives
  • Organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
  • Capture notes and project flows into PowerPoint presentations
  • Communicate with outside sources, vendors, Teams, and internal Customers via personal contact, telephone, and written correspondence
  • Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description
  • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders
