- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Typically requires less than one year of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Supports new and existing customers by answering inquiries in an inbound call environment, as well as email requests, while maintaining a high level of quality ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Works closely with internal departments and partners/programs to resolve customer issues, escalating as needed.
- Determines appropriate products and services to and route to the appropriate service center as needed.
- Documents call information related to the partner referrals, service calls, and call/issue type.
- Provides input and support to workflow, process efficiencies, and new products.
- Keeps supervisor abreast of trends and potential issues that are occurring in our call centers.
- Other duties as assigned.
