Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Previous experience from customer service; service industry experience is a plus
- Fantastic communication skills and extremely service minded
- Great at combining quality focus with efficiency
- Rotating schedule, with availability to work up to two weekends per month.
Responsibilities
- Help both our Spanish and English speaking customers by phone and chat from our Miami office
- Help them face to face at our new Meet-up place (a physical location café/office where we meet our customers at)
- Be fluent, written and spoken, in both languages.
