Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience from customer service; service industry experience is a plus
  • Fantastic communication skills and extremely service minded
  • Great at combining quality focus with efficiency
  • Rotating schedule, with availability to work up to two weekends per month.

Responsibilities

  • Help both our Spanish and English speaking customers by phone and chat from our Miami office
  • Help them face to face at our new Meet-up place (a physical location café/office where we meet our customers at)
  • Be fluent, written and spoken, in both languages.
