Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED required
- 1 year of relevant call center experience is strongly preferred
- General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Responsibilities
- Delivers straightforward basic business services in Customer Service
- Receives inbound telephone calls to our nursing line and triage to the appropriate department
- Utilizes resources to assist the caller with accurate information
- Works to clearly defined procedures under close supervision
- Performs other duties as needed
