Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent, some college or insurance related experience preferred
  • 2 to 3 years experience in Customer Service (preferably Commercial Auto Claims)
  • Skill with MS Office, WORD, EXCEL
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Superior customer service and communication skills required
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer and keyboarding skills
  • Ability to work in multiple systems

Responsibilities

  • Answer and respond to customer service phone calls for both Inquiries and for First Notice of Loss (phone reports)
  • Prepare acknowledgement letters and forward via mail or electronically to the insured, brokers and/or claimants
  • Responds to Claim related calls and correspondence primarily from brokers, insureds and non-insured claimants and vendors
  • Investigates to uncover the claim customers’ needs and manages the customer experience from claim intake to resolution
  • Adheres to World Class Customer Service Standards and documents all claim customer interactions in the call center management technology application
  • Engages and Participates in the Arch Experience values and continuous improvement initiatives
