Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent, some college or insurance related experience preferred
- 2 to 3 years experience in Customer Service (preferably Commercial Auto Claims)
- Skill with MS Office, WORD, EXCEL
- Must be detail oriented
- Superior customer service and communication skills required
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Computer and keyboarding skills
- Ability to work in multiple systems
Responsibilities
- Answer and respond to customer service phone calls for both Inquiries and for First Notice of Loss (phone reports)
- Prepare acknowledgement letters and forward via mail or electronically to the insured, brokers and/or claimants
- Responds to Claim related calls and correspondence primarily from brokers, insureds and non-insured claimants and vendors
- Investigates to uncover the claim customers’ needs and manages the customer experience from claim intake to resolution
- Adheres to World Class Customer Service Standards and documents all claim customer interactions in the call center management technology application
- Engages and Participates in the Arch Experience values and continuous improvement initiatives
