Requirements
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- High School diploma
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient with office equipment
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving
- Computer proficiency – MS Suite
- Typing speed 45WPM
- Professional appearance
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops and/or other locations including residences
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support
- Answer and place calls in a professional manner
- Focus on call resolution and use company resources to gather information
- May expand to include Chat and Email Customer Support
- Perform other office support functions as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- Bilingual skills a plus
