Requirements

  • 1 year customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Scanning and data entry
  • Help walk-ins with customer service questions
  • Call insurance companies with questions about benefits, claims and premiums
  • Assist the inside Sales Representatives with functions of retention
  • Answer phones
  • Assist the Administrative person with functions of tracking commissions
  • Call insurance company for ID #’s and ID Cards
  • Help clients with claims issues and benefit questions
  • Greeting Customers
  • Transfer calls
  • Set appointments and send pre-appointment paperwork
  • Enter customer data in data base
  • File
  • Prepare packets
  • Update Addresses/Return Mail
  • Mail Processing
  • Other duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical Terminology or Provider office experience a plus!
