Requirements
- 1 year customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, etc.
Responsibilities
- Scanning and data entry
- Help walk-ins with customer service questions
- Call insurance companies with questions about benefits, claims and premiums
- Assist the inside Sales Representatives with functions of retention
- Answer phones
- Assist the Administrative person with functions of tracking commissions
- Call insurance company for ID #’s and ID Cards
- Help clients with claims issues and benefit questions
- Greeting Customers
- Transfer calls
- Set appointments and send pre-appointment paperwork
- Enter customer data in data base
- File
- Prepare packets
- Update Addresses/Return Mail
- Mail Processing
- Other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical Terminology or Provider office experience a plus!
