Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 + years of experience in account management, project/program management, customer service, operations or sales in a manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to enhance order visibility and proactive communication.
- Collaborate with the sales, engineering and production teams to implement consistent updates to the distribution customer on a weekly and monthly basis (daily updates for specified customers).
- Build a strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and market dynamics to drive deliverables internally for external customers.
- Management of overall account and all orders associated with assigned account, which includes end to end proactive project management.
- Escalation to customer service leadership or factory leader and proactive communication of schedule changes and other adjacent activities.
- Meet KPI requirements for response timeliness and quality through areas such as transactional surveys, coordination of complete deliveries, shipment tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in HVAC industry a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with customer interaction and the ability to solve complex problems, be organized and have good time management skills
- Focus on quality of communication, provide leadership feedback
