Requirements

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with order processing, billing, and general inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient customer support
- Track customer interactions and prepare reports on service performance
- Assist in developing customer service procedures and policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Additional certifications in customer service are a plus
