Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the cause
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Work closely with other departments to ensure client needs are met
- Perform administrative tasks and assist with daily office operations
