Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or support role preferred

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing effective solutions
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers accurately
- Document customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up when necessary
- Assist in managing customer accounts and processing requests
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction
- Help streamline processes and suggest improvements to enhance service efficiency
- Provide feedback and report trends in customer issues to management
