Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.
- Level 1: Less than 2 years of experience in a technical or instructional role.
- Level 2: 2–4 years of experience in technical instruction and virtual/in-person course delivery.
- Familiarity with IT operations, VMware vSphere or NSX, Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, Linux, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, Puppet or Ansible, and networking concepts.
- Strong understanding of the technologies being taught.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated time management, adaptability, and teamwork capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Independently deliver and manage technical training sessions.
- Lead small group instruction and support student mentorship.
- Play an active role in updating training materials and recommending curriculum improvements.
- May assist in onboarding and mentoring Level 1 instructors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of or prior experience with PCTE.
