Requirements
- More than three (3) years of CyberArk / Privileged Access Management (PAM) or relative experience is highly preferred.
- Extensive experience with CyberArk and ticketing systems (SNOW preferred) is required.
- Security best practices for Windows-based and Linux-based systems including authentication principles and components.
- Microsoft Active Directory architecture.
- Experience with CyberArk Privileged Cloud (preferred).
- Experience with CyberArk Secrets Management / Conjur (preferred).
- Experience with Splunk (preferred).
- Scripting/programming experience with one or more of the following: PowerShell, python, or java.
Responsibilities
- Implement required security measures and provide input on their design, monitoring performance to notify security experts of any problems.
- Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
- Create and maintain technical and/or user documentation to a high standard, and back up files to ensure instant recovery if problems occur.
- Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
- Support collection of business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis, to express requirements clearly and succinctly.
- Works primarily within Privileged Access Management (PAM) and must possess deep background and experience in this domain.
- Operates efficiently within all major CyberArk modules, including EPV, PSM, CPM, etc.
- Demonstrates experience with documenting process, templates, and instructions around the use of CyberArk modules.
- Implements operational ticket workflows to provide a medium for customers to consume PAM services.
- Demonstrates experience with metrics and reporting around PAM usage and requests.
- Executes best practices in onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of vaulted/managed accounts.
- Implements Continuous Control Monitoring as necessary for PAM operational excellence and to ensure security best practices are met.
- Incumbents shall be required to work a non-traditional schedule including on-call hours on a frequent or rotating basis.
