Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 12+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience. Additional experience, certifications or trainings may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Active IAT or IAM Level III DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification (e.g. CISSP-ISSEP or CASP certification) or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- Experience with DIACAP/DoD RMF, DCID 6/3, ICD-503, NIST 800-53, and/or RMF.
- Proficiency in hardening modern operating systems and implementing security engineering best practices.
- Some scripting experience is a plus.
- Up to 10% travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Capture and integrate security requirements into IT systems.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, ethical hacking, and penetration testing.
- Analyze IT systems for threats and provide remediation recommendations.
- Develop and deliver training on cyber tools and processes.
- Research and evaluate Cybersecurity tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Software development experience in Java, C, C++, or other programming languages.
- Systems Engineering and Network Administration.
- Project Management experience.
