Requirements
- Quantitative degree (preferably a Master’s degree) in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or similar quantitative analytics discipline
- 1+ year of corporate data analysis experience in online analytics (online retail a plus)
- 1+ year of corporate experience writing SQL queries from scratch
- 1+ year of professional experience using R or Python in an analytics capacity
- Working understanding of statistics
- Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey results to non-experts
Responsibilities
- Enable outreach via CRC or Seller by operationalizing lists with pertinent data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with marketability
- Analyze data and provide results monthly for Nordstrom stores on outreach outcomes
- Recommend methods of measurement and accuracy in data by being the subject matter expert of CDP for the business team
- Partner with stakeholders to plan and execute CRC outreach guidance throughout the year to support scaled events, store events, and The Nordy Club
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in online retail is a plus
