Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, Data Analytics, or a related role within a global business environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization
- Proficiency in process mapping and workflow design software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP S4
- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel & SQL) and reporting software (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze and optimize data flow between different systems
- Develop and document detailed process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Work with stakeholders to redesign processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
- Lead and support business process improvement initiatives
- Monitor and measure the impact of process changes, ensuring sustainability and continuous enhancement
- Utilize advanced statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights
- Knowledge of predictive models and algorithms to forecast key business metrics such as sales, customer behavior, and market demand
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into analytical solutions that drive business value
- Stay current with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies to solve business problems
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to track process efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepare and present reports on process performance, improvement opportunities, and project progress to senior management.
