3 – 5 years’ experience in a Data Analyst role.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science).
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the finance industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with a customer centric focus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to obtain a good understanding of the business context of a problem to ensure the solution is optimal in solving the business need.
Must be comfortable/excited working in a fast-paced, high impact environment.

Management and responsible for data validation queue.
Monitor and manage data exceptions and validation alerts.
Develop new controls based on analysis and feedback from business partners.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement and/or correction.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with business partners to understand data needs and provide insights to support strategic initiatives.
Present findings and recommendations to IT management and other stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validation.
Work with vendors and/or internal systems to improve quality and timeliness of data.
Support the development and implementation of data-driven sales strategies.
