Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science or a related field.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, R and/or other data analysis tools (At least 1 year of scripting experience)
- Proficient in Tableau, PowerBI and/or other data visualization tools
- Proven ability to analyze data and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Build dashboards and visualizations to support business decision making
- Analyze and interpret large datasets and provide recommendations
- Conduct in-depth analysis, identify trends/patterns and optimize processes
- Present data-driven findings, insights and recommendations to senior management
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources. Develop automated data pipelines to support business operations
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Document projects, code, data processes and methodologies and data dictionaries
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and service business requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- BS or MS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related field
- Statistical modeling. (linear regression, time series, segmentation, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Jira, Confluence
