Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand customer data submitted in flat file formats
- Parse (transform) data into defined formats
- Continuously assess and mitigate risks following consistent best practices
- Deliver output that meets client business and technical requirements
- Enter and maintain client roster information across multiple systems
- Identify, troubleshoot, and contain production issues
- Effectively and professionally communicate with colleagues across departments
- Estimate the risks, feasibility, and work effort associated with change requests
