Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- OSHA 10 certification (required within first 2 weeks)
- At least 1 year of experience in structured cabling or related construction
- Ability to read, write, and understand English; bilingual is a plus
- Comfortable working with color-coded wiring
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage time effectively on the jobsite
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
- Willing and able to workdays, nights, or weekends based on project needs
Responsibilities
- Follow all safety protocols—safety is our top priority
- Assist the project team with installation of structured cabling systems
- Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and hazard-free
- Organize tools, materials, and equipment; remove debris as needed
- Read and interpret floorplans, drawings, specs, and cut sheets
- Apply knowledge of materials and installation methods used in structured cabling
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual is a plus
