Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Familiarity with Qlik Replicate, Talend, Snowflake PSQL processes and Snowflake for data warehousing
- Basic understanding of retail grocery operations, including POS systems, inventory workflows, or customer loyalty programs
- Proficiency in SQL/PSQL for querying and data analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to integrate and process data from retail and marketing sources, such as POS, customer loyalty programs, email campaigns, and digital advertising platforms
- Support marketing analytics by organizing and managing data within the company’s Snowflake data warehouse, enabling insights into customer behavior and campaign performance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify data needs and translate them into scalable solutions for targeted campaigns and personalized promotions
- Leverage Talend and Snowflake to build efficient ETL workflows, ensuring seamless integration of data across multiple systems
- Contribute to the development of dashboards and reports to visualize key marketing metrics, such as customer retention, sales lift, and campaign ROI
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with marketing-related regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to programming languages such as Python or Java
- Familiarity with retail-specific metrics like shrinkage rates, basket analysis, or replenishment cycles
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present grocery-related trends and insights
