Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ months of experience or demonstrated proficiency in data entry using a database or computer software
- 6+ months of experience using word processing and spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient movement of product or material, i.e. receive, store, and ship.
- Receive accurate inventory in accordance with the material management procedure.
- Prepare or direct correspondence, reports, and operations material movement
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration with production, purchasing, and 3PL’s for smooth supply chain operations.
- Ability to create and organize new databases.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s
- Proven experience as data entry clerk
- SAP experience
- Fast typing skills: Knowledge of touch-typing system is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Basic understanding of databases
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- English written and verbal command
- Knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and MS Office
