Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of experience or demonstrated proficiency in data entry using a database or computer software
  • 6+ months of experience using word processing and spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient movement of product or material, i.e. receive, store, and ship.
  • Receive accurate inventory in accordance with the material management procedure.
  • Prepare or direct correspondence, reports, and operations material movement
  • Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration with production, purchasing, and 3PL’s for smooth supply chain operations.
  • Ability to create and organize new databases.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s
  • Proven experience as data entry clerk
  • SAP experience
  • Fast typing skills: Knowledge of touch-typing system is strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • English written and verbal command
  • Knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and MS Office
