Requirements

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in data management or office administration are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data into our database with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical files
  • Verify the accuracy of entered data and perform data quality checks
  • Assist in data cleaning and data validation processes
  • Generate reports as needed for management and other departments
  • Ensure data confidentiality and security
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional qualifications in data management or office administration are a plus
