Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in data management or office administration are a plus
Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into our database with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and organize digital and physical files
- Verify the accuracy of entered data and perform data quality checks
- Assist in data cleaning and data validation processes
- Generate reports as needed for management and other departments
- Ensure data confidentiality and security
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional qualifications in data management or office administration are a plus
