Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College
- 3 – 5 years of experience in data integration or related field
- Proficient in MS Office tools required
- Experience with Json, XML, XSLT 1.0 and 2.0, and XDS
- Experience with SQL Server databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server, and creating SQL queries
- Experience in relational database, data analysis, and performance tuning; experience testing, and maintaining reporting processes
- Strong interpersonal skills (e.g., Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, etc.) when dealing with internal and/or external audiences
Responsibilities
- On-board new data feeds/conversions including data analysis, data mapping, testing and implementation
- Monitor daily feeds runs, evaluate feed failures to determine root cause
- Review site for data defects and identify ways to remediate the defects before data is in production
- Work with internal/external resources to resolve feed failures
- Notify internal team of feed performance issues and failures
- Understand applications and their interdependencies
- Generate datasets and identify business metrics
- Maintain consistent and standardized use of metrics across all reports and dashboards
- Utilize a user group forum to share best practices around analytical findings based on the analysis conducted
- Communicate issue statuses and challenges to senior management
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of C# and Python
- Demonstrated knowledge of residential real estate
- Preference given to candidates who possess a thorough understanding of multifamily real estate, including the marketing objectives of property owners
- Ability to plan and organize workload and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a technical aptitude
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, written, and verbal skills
