Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Background in healthcare tech with a focus in reporting and/or data integrations using cloud native technologies
- Comfort and experience working within a fast-growing organization and early stage opportunities
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in the data and reporting needs of stakeholder teams such as Finance, Marketing, and Growth to lead requirements gathering, roadmapping, and strategy definition.
- Partner with Data Engineers and Analysts to implement reporting and tooling that drives meaningful improvement for stakeholder teams in their ability to lead with data.
- Lead in designing a data platform and data models that are reliable, uniform, and can scale with Maven’s growth.
- Lead efforts across the organization to automate data integrations across various systems to reduce manual data transfer and to improve operational efficiency.
- Define, track, and deliver on core success measures, KPIs, and hypotheses to support company OKRs.
- Use data and insights, including performance analytics, market research, user research, and business needs, to inform prioritization.
