Requirements

• Ability to report concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate committees
• SQL Skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor the DQO Log for newly entered items and triage them for completeness
• Assign items to the correct data owner or data custodian for prioritization and resolution
• Collaborate with assigned owners to ensure work is progressing as expected, providing support if they encounter difficulties, and escalating issues if they are blocked or not responding
• Understand data issues, form relationships with data owners, and facilitate the resolution process
• Ensure all issues are moved to a state where everyone agrees and resolution work begins
• Report concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate committees
• Look for continual improvement in the defect management process

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data quality management and defect tracking systems
• Analytical skills to understand and interpret data issues
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Continuous improvement mindset to enhance the defect management process
