Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program at an accredited college or university, graduating in December 2025 or May 2026, with a strong academic record.
- Pursuing a Master’s or PhD degree in Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and data visualization tools.
- Ability to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms for tasks such as demand forecasting, predictive maintenance, or supply chain optimization.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets related to manufacturing operations, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Design and execute experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of different data-driven strategies.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into impactful data science solutions.
- Contribute to the development of data pipelines and infrastructure for data science applications.
- Communicate complex technical findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Potentially contribute to research and publications related to your work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is highly desirable.
- Experience conducting independent research and contributing to publications is a plus.
