Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years’ experience in an analytics or related field
Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
4 years’ experience in an analytics or related field
Experience in building highly scalable Big Data solutions and ETL ecosystems
Proficiency with Hadoop, Spark, Cloud, Python/PySpark, Java, Streaming, Kafka, and backend technologies
Experience utilizing public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) to deploy scalable ML solutions efficiently
Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, Scala) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn)
Solid grasp of MLOps practices, including design documentation, testing, and source code management with Git

Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to enhance customer experience
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and objectives
Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data science

Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics
Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R
Using open source frameworks (for example, scikit learn, tensorflow, torch)
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture
