Requirements
- Pursuing a BS/MS in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in business analytics, trend analysis, and deriving actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, with expertise in at least one of the following: Advanced measurement (A/B testing, causal inference, or complex trade-off systems), Predictive modeling, Optimization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that drive infrastructure optimization and customer support.
- Develop data-driven solutions to tackle key challenges, such as customer growth forecasting and infrastructure efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineers and product managers—to address business challenges through data.
- Build and improve data pipelines, dashboards, and reports to enhance accessibility and streamline decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and provide recommendations that align with strategic business goals.
