Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS) in Data Science, Technology, or Business preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of consulting experience within Financial Services and/or Professional Services, with a strong focus on data-driven transformation and technology strategy.
- Proven expertise in the following areas: Cloud & Digital Transformation (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, hybrid cloud architectures), AI & Machine Learning (predictive analytics, generative AI, automation), Data Management & Analytics (big data, data lakes, real-time analytics, data visualization).
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, industry trends, and business challenges within financial services and professional services sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams, foster a culture of innovation, and drive business growth.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in presenting to C-suite executives.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the U.S. as required for client engagements and business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Build key-stakeholder and buyer relationships and pipeline to expand Capco’s Data & Analytics consulting business across the east coast region, identifying and capitalizing on market trends in financial and professional services.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with senior executives and decision-makers in banking, insurance, capital markets, energy and professional services firms to understand their data and technology needs.
- Drive opportunity origination and pursuit, developing tailored value propositions, sales collateral, and winning proposals for technology-driven engagements.
- Define and implement innovative technology solutions in areas such as cloud migration, AI-driven analytics, data security & privacy, data management/governance, and data strategy.
- Represent Capco as a thought leader at industry conferences, author white papers, and participate in key industry forums to enhance brand presence.
- Ensure client engagements are executed with excellence, maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and innovation.
