Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level transformation projects involving new technologies and process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and ability to align change and training activities with project timelines.
- Experience with Confluence and Learning Management Systems is preferred.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and processes.
- Understanding of Agile IT work processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Apply structured change management methodologies and tools to support the adoption of changes required by projects or initiatives in the DB&T.
- Conduct impact analyses, change readiness assessments, and stakeholder analyses to inform change management strategies.
- Develop and execute communication plans that ensure consistent messaging throughout the change lifecycle.
- Identify, analyze, and manage resistance by providing actionable solutions and risk mitigation tactics.
- Partner with senior leaders, managers, and supervisors to build their change leadership capabilities through coaching and guidance.
- Support project teams in integrating change management activities into project plans to ensure alignment between technical solutions and user adoption.
- Monitor and measure change progress using defined success metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Assess training needs based on change impact analyses and stakeholder feedback, developing training strategies as part of broader change management plans.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs—including instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids—when training is identified as a critical adoption lever.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions for diverse audiences, focusing on enhancing user proficiency with new systems, processes, or tools.
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and project teams to ensure training content aligns with business objectives and end-user needs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, knowledge retention assessments, and performance outcomes, adjusting materials and methods as necessary.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a scalable change management toolkit, including training templates and resources for future initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with digital learning tools, learning management systems (LMS), and e-learning content creation is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of eLearning courseware development and instructional design concepts.
- Great written and oral communication skills, marketing background is a plus.
