Requirements
- Experience managing a high volume of accounts in a hybrid scaled 1:1 model
- Experience working with podcasters or within the podcast ecosystem
- Experience negotiating and closing deals
- Track record of growing customer or creator accounts through strategic support, feature adoption, and proactive outreach
- Data-informed and proactive approach to analyzing performance signals and taking action
- Excitement to support creators with empathy and insight, helping them build sustainable membership businesses.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 100-200 mid-market podcast creators in a 1:1 capacity
- Build a portfolio prioritization strategy
- Deliver strategic recommendations to help creators grow their membership revenue
- Adopt product features and stay engaged on the platform
- Execute programmatic outreach and run one-on-one consultations with creators
- Impact retention and growth across the podcast vertical.
