Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with project development and execution in workforce development, academia, defense, or critical technologies
- 5+ years of experience formulating workforce development strategies, including identifying stakeholder groups, facilitating requirements sessions, developing engaging and descriptive materials, and performing outreach and engagement
- Experience teaching and training people in areas of need to the Defense community
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products, including PowerPoint and Excel, to create polished and professional briefings and reports
- Knowledge of the defense industry and the skillsets involved in supporting U.S. Government or Defense needs
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and technical workforce development analysis support to senior defense clients
- Understand current and future Defense critical technology workforce needs
- Identify and develop workforce outreach, development, educational curriculum, training, and related content
- Create, design, and implement strategies and roadmaps designed to identify and develop Defense critical technology talent that improve U.S. workforce capabilities
- Work across Defense stakeholder groups and academic institutions to create a pipeline of talent into the defense ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to develop high visibility briefings and reports for senior defense officials
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent collaboration, listening, and briefing skills
- Master’s degree preferred; Doctorate degree a plus
- Project Management Professional Certification
