Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with project development and execution in workforce development, academia, defense, or critical technologies
  • 5+ years of experience formulating workforce development strategies, including identifying stakeholder groups, facilitating requirements sessions, developing engaging and descriptive materials, and performing outreach and engagement
  • Experience teaching and training people in areas of need to the Defense community
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products, including PowerPoint and Excel, to create polished and professional briefings and reports
  • Knowledge of the defense industry and the skillsets involved in supporting U.S. Government or Defense needs
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and technical workforce development analysis support to senior defense clients
  • Understand current and future Defense critical technology workforce needs
  • Identify and develop workforce outreach, development, educational curriculum, training, and related content
  • Create, design, and implement strategies and roadmaps designed to identify and develop Defense critical technology talent that improve U.S. workforce capabilities
  • Work across Defense stakeholder groups and academic institutions to create a pipeline of talent into the defense ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to develop high visibility briefings and reports for senior defense officials
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent collaboration, listening, and briefing skills
  • Master’s degree preferred; Doctorate degree a plus
  • Project Management Professional Certification
