Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or related fields (e.g., sales, customer success, account management)
- At least 3 years in demand generation, strategic marketing, or other revenue-focused roles, successfully managing and scaling multiple growth channels
- Worked in a B2B SaaS company
- Experience owning MQL-generating campaigns through an array of channels, including webinars, events, gifting, social, referral programs, email marketing, ABM, etc.
- Deep knowledge and ability to track metrics across the entire sales funnel from campaign engagement to MQL to SQL to Closed Won
- Strong communication and project management skills to effectively manage and execute against your campaign schedule
- Experience bringing customer stories to market via referral programs, case studies, testimonials, or community building
- A collaborative outlook and ability to effectively work cross-functionally with sales, brand design, product, customer success, and leadership!
Responsibilities
- Engage regularly with potential (and current) customers across mediums to drive excitement about AngelList’s mission, vision, and product offerings
- Translate business objectives focused on driving top-of-funnel growth into a marketing schedule across an array of channels, including social, events / webinars, email campaigns, paid media, and new ideas that you invent
- Ensure that marketing campaigns are uniquely crafted towards each target customer and product offering to effectively drive MQLs, and work with our Sales team to convert MQLs into SQLs
- Conceptualize, plan, execute, and manage the complete process of demand generation campaigns, including post evaluation and analysis (in partnership with Marketing Ops)
- Partner with Designers and Content & Product Marketing to create compelling, on-brand content across channels that support your schedule
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Relations, and Sales teams to create a deep understanding of how our current and potential customers communicate and how our product solves their pain points in order to create effective marketing campaigns to drive growth and retention
