Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, within a disruptive start-up / category creating technology or SaaS sector company.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation and inbound marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems – SFDC, Copywriter, Landing Page Development, Hubspot, Sendoso, Google Analytics, Lead Conversion, Gong, LinkedIn, 6sense

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand goals, customer needs, and market dynamics, ensuring that demand generation strategies are effectively supporting pipeline development.
  • Design and implement integrated demand generation campaigns that drive awareness and engagement around EHS/ESG solutions.
  • Develop and optimise an inbound marketing channel that attracts and nurtures high quality prospects and ensures a consistent flow of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Work cross-functionally to create compelling and educational content that addresses the pain points of our target audience, positioning Intenseye as a thought leader in EHS solutions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for positioning and differentiation in the EHS space.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and support throughout the customer journey.
