Requirements

  • Proven experience in running demand gen campaigns from start to finish, with measurable results.
  • Proven experience with project management best practices and marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Organized and detail-oriented individual who champions tracking campaign status, proactively addressing challenges, and driving next steps.
  • Strong communicator with high influence and empathy for the partner experience.
  • Can connect tactical plans to overarching marketing strategies and plans.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and execution of partner demand generation campaigns from ideation to launch, driving immediate growth in leads and engagement.
  • Design and deliver innovative campaigns using a variety of channels, including gifts, direct mail, in-person events, and virtual experiences. Manage every aspect of these campaigns, from creation and delivery to tracking performance and ensuring scalability.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
  • Increase engagement among partner sales reps by creating shared-value campaigns that excite and empower them to actively promote CertifID to their customers.
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up, while sharing valuable insights on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Enhance campaign efficiency by improving customer acquisition cost (CAC) over time.
