Requirements
- College degree, Supply Chain Major preferred
- 3-5 years experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Order fulfillment and processing assigned accounts.
- Manage all activities to accept, process, deliver and bill customer orders including communication with other departments, Logistics, Accounting, Engineering, factory personnel, etc.
- Check customer demand data weekly and process orders based on customer’s POs within 24-48 hours, process credit/debit, tooling orders/RMA/FOC in SAP timely when needed
- Plan shipping schedule with vendors (MTY and JP) based on customer’s requests. Reschedule if customer demand has changes. Watch shipping as scheduled, and bill customer timely based on incoterms.
- Turn in sales plan estimation data beginning of the month and watch actual sales weekly for sales plan estimation accuracy. Report risk and upside timely
- Communicate with related departments to handle issues and support customer’s requests
