Requirements
- You have at least 5+ years of experience managing and scaling successful Paid Social campaigns (specifically on LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, and YouTube)
- You’re a literal pro at managing ad spends
- You have a track record of successfully growing paid social campaigns while maintaining ROI
- Excel is your bread and butter and you know how to create and manipulate advanced reports
- You have a strong analytical mindset and can effectively prioritize time based on the biggest potential yield and impact
- You’re an effective, consistent, and reliable collaborator and communicator (both verbally and through writing)
- You’re a creative problem solver and can think out of the proverbial box to come up with new and innovative ways to problem-solve
- Experience with A/B testing and CRO collaboration
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities across LinkedIn Ads, and assist with Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.
- Optimize, maintain, and scale paid acquisition campaigns while maintaining efficiency metrics
- Create, prioritize, and implement testing across campaigns to continually improve account performance
- Analyze performance metrics across multiple systems and build actionable insights to scale winning campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing operations team and data analysts to improve tracking, reporting, and marketing processes
- Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to build cohesive campaigns across groups
- Communicate ideas, tests, results, and KPIs to the demand generation team as well as to management
Preferred Qualifications
- You have led successful Paid Social campaigns for B2B products
- You have experience working with the specific tools and software our team uses (Tableau, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)
- You challenge what is believed to be possible for scaling Paid Social (our goals are large, but we’d love your goals to be even larger!)
- You stay on top of industry trends because you like to learn, and hey, it’s what professionals do
