Requirements
- 4+ years at a fast-paced Enterprise SaaS or fintech startup, or at a company that deploys complex SaaS solutions, where you worked closely with customers on onboarding, implementation, and training
- Extensive experience managing enterprise relations, ideally with large accounting firms
- Accounting experience and/or CPA are a plus
Responsibilities
- Onboard and train enterprise customers as intelligent agents are embedded to transform their accounting workflows
- Provide constant feedback to the Engineering team on product improvements
- Act as the primary interface with customers

- Process-oriented: Skilled at breaking down complex problems into clear and repeatable steps and managing execution
- Strong communicator: Clear at explaining concepts and comfortable collaborating with both senior and junior stakeholders
- First principles reasoner: Ability to apply lessons from past experiences to new situations
- Company-builder: Excited to lay the groundwork, technically and culturally, as we rapidly scale
- Excited about AI in accounting: Enthusiasm for how AI can transform accounting practices
- Office lover: Prefers shouting across a room over a slack message, seeking full-time in-office in NYC
- All-in: Willingness to work beyond a typical 9-5 schedule
