Requirements
- 16 years of experience, may have management experience
- 10 years of leadership experience supporting enterprise-level IT Infrastructure Programs with similar scope and complexity
- 10 years of experience managing DOD/DHS/USCG projects or programs
- Demonstrated experience managing teams of IT professionals supporting a large enterprise environment
- Demonstrated experience interfacing with customer senior leadership
- Familiarity with DOD IT security requirements
- PMP certified (program management certification from an industry recognized certification authority such as Project Management Institute (PMI))
- ITIL v3 Intermediate and/or ITIL V4 Specialist to align with the latest version of DESMF
- Certified TBM Executive (CTBME)
- U.S. Citizenship required; must have an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access
Responsibilities
- Assist the IMS Contractor Program Director in coordinating all aspects of the USCG IMS Contract
- Serve as primary escalation and point of contact (POC) for IMS activities
- Ensure adherence to the processes, procedures, standards, and policies by IMS Contractor team personnel
- Oversee site security and surveillance procedures
- Manage contractor resources, scheduling, and training to maintain contractual performance obligations and ensure relevancy of staff
- Provide oversight and governance for all IMS activities in the absence of the IMS Contractor Program Manager
- Collaborate with IMS Contractor leadership team to prioritize innovations and improvements, share survey results, and provide customer feedback on the IMS services portfolio
- Represent the voice of the customer in internal IMS Contractor team meetings
- Ensure IMS solutions are aligned to the USCG mission, desired outcomes, and IT strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Engineering
