Requirements
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years overall Program Management experience
- 7+ years’ experience with operational and technical requirements management for enterprise level logistics systems
- 7+ years’ experience in a network operations or IT operations center, infrastructure, and emerging technologies
- 3+ years’ experience overseeing Agile software development
- You currently hold the following certifications: Program Management Professional, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (or Certified Information Security Manager), and ITIL4 Foundations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Responsibilities
- Directs the technical project management function
- Develops and establishes strategic project management and quality standards and methods that ensure on-time and in-scope delivery
- Guides the development of technical estimates, work plans, methodologies, and deliverables
- Builds project delivery team skills and capacity
- Removes obstacles and negotiates with stakeholders
- Manages and mitigates risk in all projects
- Supports the Program Manager in everyday tasks and functions
