Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of structural engineering and material properties (steel, aluminum, composites)
- Medium knowledge of Noise and Vibration Harmonics, crash safety, and fatigue analysis
- Basic knowledge of CAE simulations for structural integrity
- Medium knowledge of manufacturing processes (casting, stamping, welding)
- Basic knowledge in Nx for surfacing, packaging and integration
- Medium knowledge in Team center
- Medium knowledge with GD&T and stack-up analysis
- Experience in assembly processes
Responsibilities
- Proposes engineering solutions and changes (along with cross functional teams)
- Coordinates and ensures development, validations, and release systems
- Oversees design and manufacturing process stages
